Additional Rules

This module does not include a single assessment system.

When each assessment activity takes place, lecturers will inform students via Moodle of the procedure and the date on which marks will be reviewed.

To be eligible for a resit, students must have been assessed on two-thirds of the total assessment tasks.

The following are excluded from the resit:

Part 1: attendance and the individual work

Part 2: attendance and in-class resit, and the second written exercise.

Students will receive a mark of ‘not assessable’ if they have not submitted more than 30 per cent of the assessment tasks.

Should a student commit any irregularity that could lead to a significant variation in the mark for an assessment, that assessment will be marked as 0, regardless of any disciplinary proceedings that may be initiated. Should several irregularities occur in the assessments for the same module, the final mark for that module will be 0.

In this module, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies is not permitted at any stage. Any work containing AI-generated content will be considered a breach of academic integrity and will result in the assessment being marked as 0 and not eligible for resit, or, in more severe cases, in other sanctions
