Due to unforeseen circumstances that prevent the normal development of the course, the teaching staff may modify both the methodology and the evaluation system.

The diagrams and presentations created in class will not be uploaded to the course's virtual classroom (Moodle), except at the professor's discretion, and will be assessed in the final exam.

In face-to-face classes, general aspects and basic knowledge of mobility and road safety will be explained, following the course content, but this should be supplemented with the reading materials provided through the virtual classroom.

The course manual, which will be provided in the virtual classroom readings, complements the class explanations. These theoretical explanations will provide answers by applying this knowledge to the practical aspects of the course's general guidelines.

Participation and involvement in class will be assessed. The reference guides, indicated in the bibliography, on how to create a Mobility Plan are also required reading and will be assessed in the exams. In the Moodle virtual classroom, documents containing recommended readings, articles, or reports that complement or expand upon the class explanations will be uploaded. All of this material will be graded unless otherwise indicated by the professor.

Students will work outside of class on expanding their knowledge and completing the practical exercises required for continuous assessment. Classes may not be recorded, either audio or video. Any unauthorized recording will result in the offender failing the course.

The use of mobile phones, tablets, and computers is only permitted in class for academic purposes, such as note-taking. Improper use of these technologies during class that does not conform to the stated academic criteria will result in a 3-point deduction from the final grade. Repeated offenses may result in failing the course.

Students who need or require tutoring should request it via email to the professor. Tutoring can take place on the day of class, before or after the class, or a specific date and time can be arranged with the professor.

Language of Instruction: Catalan. Materials provided in Catalan and/or Spanish.

Annotation: within the schedule set by the centre or degree programme, 15 minutes of one class will be reserved for students to evaluate their lecturers and their courses or modules through questionnaires.

The overall course grade will be the sum of the grades for assignments completed during the course and written exams or assessment tests with questions on course content.

Attendance at practical classes, either on Saturday or Wednesday, is mandatory. If you cannot attend, you must notify the instructor and provide written justification for your absence by sending an email to the instructor and a copy to the course coordinator.

In these practical classes, with prior notice, graded assessment tests may be administered. Attendance will be taken in all other classes as a means of monitoring attendance.

Among the assessable tasks for this course, a "Workplace Mobility and Road Safety Plan" will be developed. This is an individual assignment for the "Mobility and Road Safety" course and is considered part of the fourth-year Cross-Curricular Project; therefore, it should not be completed or submitted as part of the course's cross-curricular project.

Passing the course:

There will be a final written test or exam covering general aspects of mobility and legal issues. This test will have an overall weighting and will account for a maximum of 50% of the final grade.

To pass the course, a minimum of 2.5 points is required on the assessment tests and 2.5 points on the final exam. Failure to achieve these scores will result in the course being considered non-assessable. Even if 5 points are obtained on the PECs (Continuous Assessment Exercises), the final exam must be taken.

For the final exam, only pens, pencils, or other writing instruments and ID cards are permitted. Phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, or any other electronic devices are not allowed.

RETAKE

If the course is not passed according to the aforementioned criteria (continuous assessment), a retake exam may be taken on the scheduled date, which will cover all the course content. To take this retake exam, a minimum score of three is required; scores below this will result in the course being considered non-assessable.

To participate in the recovery process, students must have been previously assessed in a set of activities, the weight of which is equivalent to at least two-thirds of the total grade for the subject. The grade recorded on the student's transcript in the case of recovery will be a maximum of five (pass).

Students who need to change an assessment date must submit a justified request, completing the document found in the EPSI Tutoring Moodle space.

PLAGIARISM

Without prejudice to other disciplinary measures deemed appropriate, and in accordance with current academic regulations, if a student commits any irregularity that could lead to a significant change in the grade for an assessment, that assessment will be graded with a zero “0”, regardless of any disciplinary proceedings that may be initiated.

If several irregularities occur in the assessments of the same subject, the final grade for that subject will be zero “0”.

Plagiarism STUDENTS WHO FAILED PREVIOUS COURSES:

For this course, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies is permitted exclusively for support tasks, such as bibliographic or information searches, text correction, or translations. Students must clearly identify which parts were generated using this technology, specify the tools used, and include a critical reflection on how these tools influenced the process and the final result of the activity. Lack of transparency regarding the use of AI in this assessable activity will be considered academic dishonesty and may result in a partial or full penalty on the activity grade, or more severe sanctions in serious cases.
