Objectives
Practice Storytelling resources to develop the discourse.
• Put into practice the previously acquired knowledge about communication in work contexts, especially in interview situations.
• Know the strengths and weaknesses of your own communication style in these situations.
• Establish a guideline to optimize competencies related to interview technique
· Identify the key points for an effective meeting.
· Conèixer resources or alternatives to energize meetings.
· Put into practice the communicative and technical capabilities to energize meetings.
· Achieving a concrete and useful result, with the pressure of time and fruit of a meeting with a raised name of participants.
• Basic skills for active escort, formulation of open questions and conversational structuring.
• Practical application of the phases of the GROW model.
• Understood the value of coaching in professional contexts.
