Since each student will do the internship in a different institution and with a different tutoring, a common methodology cannot be defined. Depending on the institution, the number of supervised and autonomous activities will change. Therefore, the expressed percentages that are exposed are only indicative.

The evaluation system for this module will be based on:

1. The progress report to be made by the practicum supervisor
2. The practicum report that the student has to do
3. Progress tracking by the univerity supervisor

The evaluation will be based on the reports and the final report. The External Internship Protocol (EP) of the Faculty establishes as references a value of 60% for the report of the external institution, 30% for the self-report or final report of the student and a 10 % remaining that depends on the follow-up by part of the coordinator of PE. The reports require, by the institution, an accurate assessment of the student's skills, abilities and abilities, especially with regard to work aspects in the form of a questionnaire, along with an overall assessment of their work, suggestions and, where appropriate, proposals for improvement. In the final report to be completed by the student, he / she is asked to specify the tasks he / she has carried out, the problems that have been posed and how they have been solved, an assessment of the experience and any other suggestions. When the student has not reached 10% of the contact hours provided for in the agreement will be assessed with the grade \"Not assessable\"; if the student exceeds 10% attendance but has not completed the hours provided for in the agreement or is assessed negatively will be qualified with a \"Suspended\"; given the heterogeneity of the assessment of the PEs, and the optional nature of this qualification, NO \"Honorary Enrollment\" qualifications will be awarded. PEs have no recovery. The subject is annual, and therefore it is throughout the course that the 150 hours stipulated for the subject can be done. The student's schedules at the institution are agreed upon prior to the signing of the agreement and must be characterized by regularity in order to facilitate a constant pace of work. It must be borne in mind that the experience must be beneficial for all and that in no case can the practice involve an excessive workload for either the student or the host institution.

This subject/module does not incorporate single assessment.

No Matrícula d’Honor grade is awarded due to the optional nature of this grade and the heterogeneity of this subject in the different degrees taught in the Faculty. The course Pràctiques Professionals cannot be reassessed in the event that the student fails.

NOTE ON FRAUDULENT CONDUCT: If a student commits any irregularity that may lead to a significant alteration of the grade awarded for an assessment activity, that assessment activity will receive a grade of 0, regardless of any disciplinary proceedings that may be initiated. If multiple irregularities occur in the assessment activities of the same course, the student's final grade for that course will be 0.

NOTE ON AI: In this course, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies is permitted as an integral part of the development of coursework, provided that the final submission reflects a significant contribution by the student in terms of analysis and personal reflection.

Students must: (1) identify which parts have been generated using AI; (2) specify the tools used; and (3) include a critical reflection on how these tools have influenced both the process and the final outcome of the assignment.

Failure to disclose the use of AI in this assessed activity will be considered a breach of academic integrity and will result in a grade of 0 for the activity, with no opportunity for reassessment, and may lead to more severe disciplinary sanctions in serious cases.
