Objectives and Contextualisation
Learning Outcomes
- KM17 (Knowledge) Determine the different agents that intervene in the legal-tax relationship, their reciprocal formal and material obligations, and their rights.
- SM15 (Skill) Apply the specific commercial strategies of intangible products and their specific accounts in the management of banking and insurance companies, interpreting their evolution.
- SM16 (Skill) Analyse the solvency rules and guarantees underpinning the activity of the different financial intermediaries.
- SM18 (Skill) Describe the asset and liability products of financial institutions, the risks inherent in them and how they are marketed.
- SM19 (Skill) Describe the products offered by insurance companies and how investments are materialised to guarantee their static and dynamic solvency, as well as how they are marketed.
- SM20 (Skill) Neutralise the main risks assumed by financial intermediaries and how to manage them actively and/or passively.
